Privacy Policy

LAST UPDATED: JULY 15, 2026

1. Who we are

CreatorFlow provides done-for-you UGC creator pipeline services to e-commerce brands. This policy explains what we collect from brand clients, creator applicants, and site visitors, and how we use it.

2. What we collect

3. How we use it

We do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing

We share data only with: (a) the relevant brand client (creator shipping details); (b) service providers — payment processing (Stripe), communication (Slack, Zoom, email tools), scheduling, analytics and advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google); (c) authorities where legally required.

5. Cookies & pixels

Our site uses cookies and advertising pixels for analytics and ad measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings; opting out of ad cookies may not remove ads, only their relevance.

6. Retention

Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the period required for tax and legal purposes. Creator application data is kept while relevant to active or future campaigns; creators may request deletion at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location (including under the CCPA/CPRA for California residents and the GDPR for EEA residents), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.

8. Security

We use reputable processors, access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses and adult creators (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes & contact
