Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. This is stated on the pricing page, at checkout, and in the Terms of Service — before you pay.
Why payments are non-refundable
The moment your payment clears, we begin spending money and hours on your pipeline that cannot be recovered:
- Recruitment advertising: paid ad campaigns targeting creators in your niche go into production immediately and media budget is deployed on your behalf within the first days.
- Screening hours: human review of creator applicants is booked and performed for your account.
- Brief engineering: your branded creator brief is researched and written during onboarding.
Ads cannot be un-run and hours cannot be un-worked. Rather than raising prices for everyone to absorb refund abuse, we keep pricing lean and make the commitment explicit upfront.
What we commit to instead
- Recruitment ads live within 5 business days of completed onboarding;
- Every approved creator screened, briefed, and chased through the full 30-day follow-up sequence;
- Creators who never post replaced from your monthly approval quota at no charge;
- A complete, auditable monthly report — every creator, every status, every link.
Billing errors and duplicate charges
Genuine billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges, incorrect amounts) are corrected in full. Contact hello@creatorflow.agency within 30 days of the charge.
Cancellation
The subscription has a three-month minimum term. After the third billing cycle you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current cycle. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund past ones.
